Pricing varies considerably according to the project; the following can only provide a guideline to the cost of your site:
Static Sites:
A basic site that will get you a good presence on the world wide web; will most likely contain a combination of textural and image content; probably 4 or 5 pages.
Dynamic Sites:
These sites are more complex than their contemporaries, but are much more flexible when it comes to modifying them yourself. They are a must if you have information that is constantly changing due to user influences.
Flash Sites:
A Flash site that isn't too flashy (forgive the pun); maybe has screens that blend in and out or simple moving imagery. For a site that stands out from the crowd without busting the bank.
Other Elements:
An individual design element or coded function;
i.e. logos, banners Flash elements,
image creation, photo editing, portfolio design

Remember, these are only guideline prices; the actual cost depends entirely upon your individual requirements. A service specification will be drawn up in the early stages of the project that will provide a more accurate costing.
